What forms of payment can I use?
Products may be purchased using Mastercard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds, all sales are final.

How many items can I buy in one purchase?
There are no limitations on purchasing at this time.

 How do I track my order?

Just click your tracking link that will be sent to you at the email provided to us. 

How do I change or cancel an order? 

We are here to help you making corrections. If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at BeautifulSoulCosmetics21@gmail.com immediately following your purchase. Once your order is processed, we are no longer able to make changes.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and items inside and contact us as soon as possible.

 How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will arrive within 7-10 business days for orders placed to the contiguous US. 

Help! My tracking information hasn't updated in a while.

Sometimes tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to update after your order ships. Also, it may take 1-2 days to update between package scans as your order moves between carrier locations. No worries! Your order is likely still en route to you! You can always check your order status in my order history.

My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it.

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they arrive! In most cases, your package will arrive in 1-2 business days. Be sure to check with your neighbors and post office for more information in the meantime. Please note that we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please be sure to choose a secure delivery location. If you have any remaining questions, feel free to contact us.



Yes, a deposit of $15 is required at times of booking. 


Q. How early should a arrive to my appointment?

Please arrive 5 mins before your appointment starts.


Q. Do I need to bring anything?

During COVID you are required to wear a mask.

As for makeup, I have a full professional kit. However, if you feel as though you would like to use a specific product feel free to bring it with you.
